Step 1:
After purchasing process is complete, we’ll schedule a full-day meeting between our CEO and your management team from various departments. The agenda will be provided after the buying process is complete. The primary objective is to understand your company, goals, business, challenges and understand different perspectives from your top executives to lower management/employees.
Step 2:
Our team works on formulating the AI Strategy for your company and shares the first high level draft in two weeks after the first meeting, for the initial feedback. During this process, there may be some more clarification meetings as follow ups as continuation of Step 1.
Step 3:
The team puts together a detailed actionable AI Strategy for your organization within four weeks after Step 2 execution. The strategy is presented to your team by our CEO.
Step 4:
You can decide to execute the AI strategy through us. In that case we can have further discussion. Or you can decide to use a third party. We can assist you as a high-level consultant if required.
