However, this requires a significant time commitment, which many senior executives often lack. That’s why they come to us. Our workshop teaches you about AI strategy so that you can actively participate while we help create the strategy for you.
Absolutely. We customize a few things on our own without asking, such as adding more material focused on your industry—be it retail, healthcare, or publishing. Also, if you have other requirements, we’ll be happy to accommodate them if they are reasonable.
The price published on our website is for a virtual workshop. In most cases, a virtual setting works great as it is more time and cost-effective. Yes, we do. In fact, we can make it very cost-effective using the offshore model from Pune, India. However, we discourage AI implementation for its own sake. We always look at your strategy first and then proceed with implementation.
