I conducted a thorough assessment, considering data strategy, data cleanliness, AI use cases, competitors, and the crucial aspect of training status. The CEO, emphasizing a commitment to \”leading by example,\” disclosed his personal journey into learning Python for AI, urging his team to do the same.

– Understand the nuances of budgeting for AI implementation and carve it out.

My CEO friend is still learning python but not as part of his AI training. It’s for his hoppy and the priority has gone way down.
